The main highlight is Summarization, a new feature that automatically generates document summaries, helping users quickly identify essential information. This innovation is accompanied by the upgrade to Java 25 and significant updates to the components responsible for database interactions.

Summarization: Understand Documents in Less Time

Business reports, contracts, technical documentation, and internal communications all take time to review, especially when important information needs to be identified quickly within lengthy documents.

With the new Summarization feature, LogicalDOC makes this process easier.

Users can generate a summary of a document's content, highlighting its key points without necessarily having to read every page.

The feature offers two different summarization methods:

- LogicalDOC Summarizer analyzes document content and selects the most representative sentences, preserving the original wording while minimizing repetition. Processing takes place locally, without relying on external AI services.

- ChatGPT Summarizer uses generative artificial intelligence to produce a more conversational summary, rephrasing the concepts contained in the document using natural language.

This flexibility allows users to choose the approach that best suits their needs, from a summary that stays close to the original text to a more fluid reformulation of its content.
